Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Targetedqualified Plumbing hopes everyone can use targetedqualified.garden, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Goal

We want the site to work for as many people as possible. We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Aim to Take

To support accessibility, we try to:

  • Use clear headings and an orderly page layout
  • Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
  • Make the site workable with a keyboard
  • Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
  • Write in plain, simple words
  • Label every form field clearly

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

Other Ways to Get Help

If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a plumber, or email contact@targetedqualified.garden and we will do our part to assist.

Tell Us What You Found

Your feedback on the site's accessibility is welcome. Email contact@targetedqualified.garden and let us know:

  • The page or feature that gave you trouble
  • What happened, and what you expected
  • The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know

We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Always Improving

Accessibility is never finished. As the website changes, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
